About the Role As our Team Member, you will be offering top-tier service and creating a warm, memorable experience for every customer. Whether it's an engagement ring, anniversary gift, repair or "just because" moment, you'll be helping customers find that something special. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner Guide clients through their jewellery journey with expertise, care, and genuine enthusiasm Take in customer repairs Contribute to a positive team culture and provide great customer service Eagerness to learn and contribute to a supportive, high-performing team Provide detailed information about our products, including materials, designs, and craftsmanship Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain a high level of product knowledge to better serve our customers Contribute to the overall appearance and organisation of the store Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a positive customer experience What We're Looking For Retail/customer service experience (jewellery experience is a bonus) Strong communication and people skills A genuine passion for jewellery Attention to detail, the ability to work accurately and pride in presentation Reliable and flexible with availability (including weekends) A friendly, helpful, and professional demeanour What we offer Competitive hourly rate Discounts on our high-quality jewellery products A positive and supportive, values driven work environment To apply, drop your resume in store, or email it to ******@bigpond.net.au Please note, only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
