About the role Project Manager Property & Infrastructure Sectors NT 24 / 11 / 2025Following recent and ongoing successes, we're excited to invite applications for Project Manager roles within our Northern Territory team, based in Darwin. You'll support and lead the delivery of projects across the full breadth of Property and Infrastructure, with exposure spanning commercial property, residential and social infrastructure, aviation, ports, transport, water, energy and broader civil works. A project manager at TSA Riley works to transform projects and add real value. In this role you will contribute to end‑to‑end project delivery, working closely with clients, stakeholders and internal teams to ensure effective planning, coordination and execution. You will drive project outcomes, support the development of solutions, and strengthen client relationships. Qualifications Eligible candidates should have tertiary qualifications in construction, architecture, engineering, or related fields (including mechanical & electrical design or trade backgrounds). 4‑8 years’ experience in construction project delivery, ideally across Property sectors (e.g., education, living & aged care, commercial property, aviation, ports, housing) and/or Infrastructure sectors (e.g., transport, water, energy, civil infrastructure) is required. Experience within a client‑side consultancy or delivering projects on behalf of clients is essential. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, are necessary. A proactive team player who enjoys collaborating, takes initiative, and can operate effectively in dynamic project environments is preferred. Why choose TSA Riley?
