The Executive Leadership Team is dedicated to a single trust vision. Key Responsibilities Design, plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons across the Maths curriculum for Key Stage 3 – 5. Develop and implement inspiring learning activities suitable for various age and ability ranges, personalising learning to meet individual needs. Manage classroom behaviour, particularly of learners with complex needs in a SEMH environment. Collaborate with colleagues to support student learning and progress. Qualifications & Experience A DfE recognised and relevant teaching qualification. Secure knowledge and understanding of the Maths curriculum across all key stages. Evidence of excellent classroom practice and lesson planning skills. Experience working with students with complex needs, including ASD and learning difficulties. Good written communication skills.
