Cairns South location This is an exciting opportunity for a result-focused sales professional who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and advice in a high‑end retail environment. As a member of the Beaumont Tiles team, you will be part of our sales team dealing with the general public as well as interior designers, architects and builders. You will be involved in selection consultations and previews, whilst also maintaining the look and feel of the showroom. You will engage our customers with enthusiasm and always maintain an impeccable sense of professionalism and style. FOR YOU... The challenge for you is to constantly develop your industry knowledge so that you are a true expert in your field. THE TEAM... Apart from offering the opportunity to work with a recognised national company, The Beaumont Tiles sales and customer service team is driven and dedicated to meeting the needs of the customer. It is a small team of salespeople with a passion for the product and motivated to achieve team targets. The team is looking for a reliable addition to the team of three salespeople. THE SKILL SET... Proven experience in retail sales and / or related industry experience Good rapport‑building and influencing skills Strong customer service focus Knowledge of Tile industry is desirable First Aid certificate desirable (or willingness to obtain) A competitive nature and a desire to win Technologically savvy and strong administrative skills Forklift licence is desirable (or willingness to obtain) Ability to calculate quantities from building plans Physically able for the loading and unloading of heavy products up to 25kgs OUR CULTURE… At Beaumont Tiles, we believe that creating a culture of belonging and inclusivity is crucial to our success, and we strive to reflect the diversity of our local communities in our workforce.
