Fashion - CONTENT LEAD (PART TIME – IMMEDIATE START) SUBOO is an independent Australian womenswear label with a sharp global footprint and a fast‑growing US audience. We are expanding the creative team with a Content Lead who lives and breathes social, understands culture, and knows how to translate a fashion moment to screen with impact. This role is for a creator who thinks in scenes, understands movement, reads algorithms, and knows how to make content travel. You’ll build on the creative direction already in place and help us step into our biggest season yet. THE ROLE This is a hands‑on content creation role. You will produce, shoot, edit and publish daily content that grows the brand, showcases new collections and drives engagement across our channels. You’ll work closely with the founder, e‑commerce manager and Partnerships manager to push the brand forward. WHAT YOU WILL DO Plan and create content across Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest Shoot and edit Reels and short‑form videos with polished brand tone Build a content calendar around product, trends and key stories Analyse performance and adjust output to hit strong organic reach and engagement Work closely with the digital team to align content with paid, email and launch plans Bring fresh ideas and references that keep the brand relevant and desirable Keep on top of evolving social formats and algorithm changes to identify what to test next Maintain high standards in styling, story flow, captions and sound selection WHAT YOU BRING Ability to shoot confidently on your own (iPhone) Strong understanding of Instagram and social channels growth mechanics A sharp eye for styling, fit, detail and storytelling Ability to work part‑time but move with speed and high output A personal network in the creator space is valued Experience with influencers, creators or brand collaborations is considered an advantage Ability to pick up brand tone quickly and express it through visuals and sound YOU WILL THRIVE IF YOU Love the pace of content creation Understand the rhythm of a fashion launch cycle Know how to capture attention in the first half‑second See opportunity everywhere: in fittings, behind the scenes, stores, events, lifestyle moments DETAILS Based in Sydney Competitive salary based on experience Seniority level Entry level Employment type Part‑time Job function Design, Art/Creative, and Information Technology Industries: Retail Apparel and Fashion #J-18808-Ljbffr
