You will help people access essential services and programs through referrals, assisting with completing forms or understanding correspondence, supporting digital access such as internet use or emails, and providing guidance with everyday tasks such as making phone calls or connecting to community resources. In a typical day as a Community Support Worker you might: Support administrative tasks for community members and the Community Hub requiring a high degree of judgement, initiative, confidentiality and sensitivity. Your skills and experience Desired qualifications and experience: Post‑secondary qualifications in Community Development or related field (desirable). Valid driver’s licence in Victoria.
