The business operates in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and prides itself on maintaining a collaborative, practical, and down-to-earth culture . Are you a hands‑on accountant who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment? This is a great opportunity for a proactive Senior / Management Accountant to take ownership of cash flow, budgeting, payroll, and commercial analysis while partnering closely with the senior leadership team. You’ll play a key role in managing the financial health of the business — turning numbers into insight, improving processes, and helping drive performance across operations. Key Responsibilities Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting Prepare and analyse P&L and business performance results Oversee weekly payroll (manufacturing and admin staff) Control and report on labour and production costs Assist with inventory management and stock control reporting Provide timely financial reports and insights to management Support process improvements and internal financial controls About You CPA/CA qualified or working towards 5+ years’ experience in management accounting or commercial finance Manufacturing or industrial background preferred Confident with weekly payroll and award compliance Strong Excel and ERP/Accounting systems skills Excellent attention to detail, initiative, and communication skills Self‑motivated, positive, and commercially minded You’ll have the confidence and presence to sit with senior management to explain financial performance in a clear, relaxed, and educated way .
