This role plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion. They lead project planning, resourcing, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management ensuring the project results meet requirements regarding technical quality and reliability. They play a key role in monitoring the business performance and recommends changes, cost adjustments or resource additions. Key Responsibilities Lead the team responsible for end-to‑end performance + analytics projects with all its phases: planning, exploratory data analysis, solution design, development (SQL) & presentation (Tableau), validation & testing, documenting and communicating the results with relevant business stakeholders. Communicate and interact with market leaders, regional leaders and c‑suite to gather requirements, listen to and understand pain points, as well as communicate findings and results in an understandable fashion with excellent storytelling. Develop actionable, consumable reporting and presentations for leadership across functions. Own the deployment of the strategic projects, ensuring the team follows the best practices from a project management, data‑intensive and highly organized standpoint. Coach and lead Business Performance team throughout all of the project phases. Make sure they continuously develop their skills in business understanding, planning and design, development, validation, and storytelling. Qualifications & Experience 10+ years relevant business/consulting experience. Expertise level experience in running PMO projects end‑to‑end, starting with requirement gathering, planning, design, implementation, validation, delivery/communication/documentation. Excellent storytelling and communication skills: Able to run conversation with different stakeholders and can speak the business user language. Expertise level in creating and designing presentations. High autonomy and experience and ability to influence without authority at senior stakeholder level. Advanced data and excel knowledge including hands‑on expertise and excellent SQL/Tableau skills. Ownership: Delivers performance + projects to an outcome with great quality, ensuring great experience for end users. Excellent leadership skills: Being a role model for, coaching, and leading a team of data analysts. Taking initiatives and is a proactive team member. Able to absorb/prioritize multiple tasks, able to run through the different stages of a project seamlessly and without much back‑and‑forth. Shows decent, professional, friendly attitude. Strong knowledge with cross functional business areas like Sales, Logistics, and Customer Experience. Excellent business acumen, able to pinpoint pain points in different functions and opportunities to unlock growth and profitability. Humble, with a growth mindset. Always eager to listen, analyze, learn, and improve. Understands the problem statement well & takes notes. Able to present well the outcome of their work, document, train and guide other teams into using the final product. Communicates results, deliverables, obstacles in a clear, structured manner.
