Are you ready to make a difference? Position Overview Are you ready to lead our supply chain operations into the future? We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Supply Chain to join our dynamic team As the Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for optimising end-to-end supply chain operations, including Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), logistics, and customer service. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure an efficient flow of goods and information, aligning supply chain strategies with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Supply Chain Management Oversee the complete supply chain process from demand planning to final delivery, focusing on Customer Service, Production Planning, Distribution, and Warehousing. Develop and implement a risk management strategy to address production capacity and identify potential disruptions. Manage supply chain costs and ensure budget compliance while driving cost-saving initiatives. Customer Service Ensure a high level of customer service by managing the interface between internal teams and external stakeholders. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and clients to ensure alignment on goals and expectations. S&OP Management and Planning Develop detailed short- and long-range plans/schedules to optimise resource allocation and meet customer demand. Prepare accurate demand forecasts using historical data and market trends, continuously monitoring forecast accuracy to reduce errors. Coordinate with suppliers and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials and finished goods, while managing inventory levels effectively. Distribution/Warehousing Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping, implementing best practices for layout and safety. Monitor logistics performance and implement improvements for on‑time delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with regulations. Track and analyse key supply chain performance metrics and initiate process improvements aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing costs. Facilitate regular team meetings to identify improvement opportunities and foster a culture of continuous evolution within the supply chain. What will make you successful 10+ years of solid experience in supply chain management, particularly in FMCG and high‑volume production. Proven expertise in S&OP, demand/supply planning, logistics, and warehouse management. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and leadership skills. Experience with ERP systems and knowledge in GMP and WHS legislation is advantageous.
