As a Youth/Disability Worker, you'll play a crucial role in guiding and empowering these young minds to become confident and capable of thriving to be the best version of themselves. Key Responsibilities: Build meaningful connections with youth through mentorship and guidance. Develop and implement engaging programs that foster personal growth. Provide emotional support and a listening ear to help young people navigate challenges. Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment. Utilise your personal experience to inspire and connect with young individuals. Support and encourage children and young people with Dual Diagnosis including Trauma-based behaviour to feel safe and secure to build trusting relationships/connections. About You: Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential Care), or equivalent, or working towards.
