Role Overview Title: Lead Generator / Appointment Setter Location: St Kilda, VIC Team: Energy Efficiency & C&I Sales Compensation: Up to $100K OTE (base + bonuses) Type: Full‑time, office‑based + 1 day WFH Key Responsibilities Make 40‑60 outbound calls per day to business decision‑makers. Pitch Choice Energy’s value clearly and confidently. Book high‑quality appointments using Google Calendar and internal scheduling tools. Track activity and performance against set KPIs. Lead Research & Qualification Identify and qualify potential clients using LinkedIn, Google, CRM data and online tools. Assess suitability based on industry, location, size and budget. Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline of call‑ready leads. Discovery & Objection Handling Ask targeted questions to uncover authority, budget and timeline. Confidently handle objections and refine your pitch based on feedback. What We’re Looking For Essential Minimum 1 year of outbound calling experience (any industry). Confident communicator with a KPI‑driven mindset. Strong objection handling and quick‑thinking ability. Experience using a CRM – ideally Salesforce. Excellent verbal and written communication. Coachable, motivated, and hungry for progression. Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑performance sales environment. Preferred Appointment setting or B2B lead generation experience. Experience in energy, telco, logistics, or call centre roles. Proven success booking high volumes of appointments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
