HC TRUCK DRIVER

Position Summary We are looking for HC Truck Drivers and Labourers to work within a busy team – depot located in Tomago. The HC Truck Driver role will be working at the Asphalt Plant based at the Tomago depot. Labourers will be working within the Spray Seal Team, based out of Tomago and traveling throughout NSW. Responsibilities Work flexible hours to meet operational requirements, including nights and weekend shifts. Maintain a healthy and safe work environment. Assist with handling and positioning of road construction equipment for the Spray Seal Team. Qualifications – HC Truck Driver Hold a HC license. Possess a valid WHS White Card. Completed a RII load restraint course (desirable). Commitment to workplace health and safety. Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic. Qualifications – Labourer Competent in general labouring duties within a spray seal crew / civil environment. Able to undertake a physical and labour intensive role. Willing to travel with the crew and live away from home. Hold a valid WHS White Card. Self‑motivated and possess a strong work ethic. Commitment to safety and adherence to all relevant safety policies and procedures. Desirable Qualifications and Attributes Current driver's licence. Experience in the road construction industry, landscaping, or farming environments. Competency using rollers, front‑end loaders, skid steers & other mobile plant machinery. Physical Requirements Due to the physical nature of this role, applicants must be willing to undergo a mandatory pre‑employment medical, which will include a D&A screen.
