Ecommerce Growth Operator
vor 3 Wochen
Glowie is hiring for a unique opportunity in its operations division – someone who is hungry for growth and works well autonomously to drive daily operations which will allow the founder to focus on product, branding and content (both personal brand + the Glowie content flywheel). Our goal for Glowie is to become a global influencer‑led beauty brand (think Summer Fridays, Gisou, Rhode etc) with a wide range of product lines making millions of women’s beauty routines easier. This person ideally understands eCommerce operations inside and out, especially for a growing brand and is able to get into the nitty‑gritty tasks to drive real growth and efficiency. You will be the founder’s right-hand person in this stage of growth, and as the brand grows there will be opportunity to manage, train and hire more team members. You will play a key role in the USA expansion, and our founder will be spending time in the US in the coming months so part of the role will be communicating during some US time‑zone overlap. If you love systems, thrive in a fast‑paced DTC environment, and want to play a meaningful role in a brand’s next stage of growth (including global retail & eCommerce expansion), this is for you. For the right long‑term performer, there is also an opportunity to earn equity over time. What you’ll be working on Daily Operations Lead and manage our specialised offshore team and act as main point of contact for fulfilment, supply chain, ad agency, and retail partners. Monitor inventory, stock levels, and sell‑through; recommend restocks and discontinuations. Clear old stock, approve promotions, and oversee project execution. Troubleshoot operational or technical issues (e.g., site speed, recurring product issues). Oversee delivery of launch campaigns and ensure team output meets deadlines. Manage content production systems and quality control (feedback can be trained). Recruit contractors/freelancers when needed. Take sales calls with potential agencies or tech vendors. Business Growth & Expansion Own logistics and workflows for new markets (US retail, fulfilment, bank setup, compliance, tariffs, etc.). Drive new initiatives that increase revenue, efficiency, and brand awareness. Inventory & Supply Chain Forecast demand and maintain optimal stock levels. Coordinate suppliers and production timelines. Create/track POs, inbound shipments, landed costs, COGS, BOMs, and inventory accuracy. Reporting & Analytics Build weekly/monthly dashboards covering sales, conversion, CAC, margins, and retention. Monitor inventory coverage, sell‑through, and OOS risks. Provide insights that drive better decisions and operational performance. Systems & Automation Build and maintain SOPs. Implement tools and workflows that create stability and scale. Improve efficiency across all operational areas. About You 2+ years of eCommerce ops experience (DTC preferred). Detail‑obsessed, structured, and systems‑driven. Highly ambitious and proactive. Strong problem solver with reliable follow‑through. Comfortable making decisions independently. Confident with Shopify, PM tools, and basic analytics. Loves creating order, clarity, and efficiency. What Success Looks Like The business runs smoothly without founder involvement in day‑to‑day ops. Quarterly revenue and efficiency improvements driven by your initiatives. Seamless global expansion and launch execution. A reliable, scalable content production pipeline producing weekly winning ads + organic content. Clear KPIs and strong performance across your direct reports. Consistently exceptional customer experience and operational excellence. Why You’ll Love Working With Glowie You’ll join at an exciting scale stage where your work directly shapes the brand. You’ll have autonomy, ownership, and the opportunity to build systems from the ground up. For high performers, there is long‑term growth and potential equity as we scale toward becoming a global $100M+ beauty brand. How to Apply If you’re ready to join a fast‑paced D2C startup and play a major role in building Glowie, please email with your CV/Resume.
