We are a local family‑owned business with offices in Newcastle and Coffs Harbour. We pay above award conditions and employ on a permanent‑part‑time basis, giving you job security and access to annual leave, sick leave, and superannuation. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Community Support Worker in the Dorrigo region to assist with 24/7 service delivery. Responsibilities Personal Care Community Access Respite Care Domestic Assistance Medication Assistance Meal Preparation Transport Shopping Assistance Welfare Checks Documentation of client progress/reports Working with NDIS and Aged Care clients to fulfil their short‑term and long‑term goals Required Qualifications NDIS Workers Check Current First Aid/CPR certification Valid driver’s licence and own insured vehicle Desired Qualifications Certificate III in Individual Support, Disabilities, Aged Care or Community Services, or 3 years’ experience Previous experience in the Disability or Aged Care sector Excellent written and oral communication skills (English) Ability to work as part of a team Flexibility to work a varied roster Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (e.g., citizen, permanent resident) Benefits Job security Annual, long‑service and sick leave Superannuation Paid mileage and access to company cars Training provided Part‑time hours: minimum 10 hours Part‑time, permanent employment Service Locations Coffs Harbour area: Coffs Harbour, Toormina, Sawtell, Urunga, Nambucca Heads, Valla, Macksville, South West Rocks, Kempsey, Mylestom, Raleigh, Bellingen, Dorrigo, Coramba, Nana Glen, Woolgoolga, Wooli, Minnie Water, Grafton.
