The Role & Duties Supporting a Partner, Special Counsel, and a small team in Back End Construction with a range of administrative and paralegal tasks, such as: Coordination of travel arrangements Managing monthly billing, reporting and expense reconciliation Preparing briefs Drafting and amending court documents Opening and closing files Preparing cost agreements Diary management About You To be considered for this role, you will have: 2+ years experience as a Legal Assistant A proactive and adaptable approach Strong organisational and communication skills A desire for longevity in a support position (unfortunately, we cannot consider Law Students) Apply Now For more information or a confidential discussion, please contact Claire Booth, Assiduous Staffing.
