About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at the Retail Support Centre (RSC) based in St Kilda on a 3-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Head of Logistics, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products move seamlessly from suppliers to stores across Australia and New Zealand. This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week , ideally spread across four days. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with suppliers to meet ex-factory shipping dates Liaise with freight forwarders and local agents to manage international and domestic freight Negotiate shipping schedules and details Ensure timely dispatch of stock to stores Expedite deliveries to meet planned timelines Prepare templates with style numbers and product information Collaborate with internal stakeholders including buyers, logistics coordinators and store teams Skills & Experience 1–2 years’ experience in logistics or shipping coordination (apparel industry experience highly regarded) Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems A proactive, self-motivated approach with a commitment to accuracy Understanding of safe work practices and compliance requirements Why You’ll Love It Here Monthly team celebrations and social events Opportunities to support community partnerships through our social responsibility program A collaborative team environment with purpose-driven work The chance to contribute to a brand that values creativity, style and sustainability Testimonial From Our Team “I love working at Blue Illusion A company that supports, encourages, and is committed on all levels to its team is inspirational.
