For further information about Rosebank College, please visit our website: About the Role A school of Good Samaritan Education, Rosebank College, seeks expressions of interest in the TAS Teacher position to join the TAS Faculty in a permanent full-time (1.0FTE) position from Term 1, 2026. The successful candidate will be expected to teach either Design and Technology, Industrial Technology (Timber or Construction), Food Technology, or Engineering Studies. The College is looking for a candidate to teach a combination of these subjects, ideally. Applicants for this position must be excellent classroom practitioners, dedicated team players interested in the care and welfare of students, and have teaching skills to equip them to contribute to the College’s educational program in teaching and learning. Applicants must also be skilled in using educational technology in the classroom. This position will allow creative and passionate teacher and their students to flourish. Qualifications Relevant Teaching qualifications and experience in either or a combination of Design and Technology, Industrial Technology (Timber or Construction), Food Technology, or Engineering Studies. A minimum of 3 years’ teaching experience (locally or overseas). Current NESA Accreditation (proficient status) and approval to teach in NSW. A commitment to academic excellence and demonstrated knowledge of contemporary pedagogical practices that encourage educational excellence. Commitment to continual improvement and effective use of data to differentiate the curriculum and address the learning needs of all students. Knowledge and understanding of the current curriculum and NESA requirements for TAS. Interpersonal skills with parents, students, and staff. Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team. Possess a valid Working with Children Check. A commitment to the child safeguarding principles. Willingness to support the Catholic ethos and learning culture of the College. Supporting the College Pastoral Program, including being responsible for a Home Room. A commitment to the child safeguarding principles.
