Based in Kunda Park, Sunshine Coast QLD Eastoli Civil Constructions have a large pipeline of secured works across the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Moreton Bay Regions and Gympie, where we’ve built a solid reputation in the water and sewer sector. Our experience includes delivering large and complex projects such as pipelines, pump stations, treatment plants, and civil infrastructure. We are looking for full-time Project Engineer and Project Manager to join our team. We offer long‑term stability, career growth, and nationally recognised training. About the Role You will be an integral part of an energetic and professional team where you will feel valued for your contribution and dedication. In the position you will have a direct impact on the future of the business with a direct reporting line and communication to the General Manager and Director. Ideally, you are someone who has ambitions to build a team and take ownership and responsibility, and; Experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager with a high level of knowledge in the Water & Sewer industry. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex Water, Sewer & STP projects on time and within budget Understanding in project management, planning, scheduling, and cost control. Have a strong technical background and able to comprehend complex designs Strong leadership and site management skills, with ability to work closely with supervisors and other contractors. Proven experience in estimating, tender proposals and submissions Monitor compliance with applicable codes, practices, performance standards and specifications Tertiary qualification in engineering, or a related trade background Focus & commitment to safety and quality standards What's in it for you?
