Incursion facilitator: Summer Holiday Work for Teachers and Education Students Summer Holiday Incursion Facilitators— Qualified Teachers & Education Students Make learning fun these Summer Holidays Dates: 5 January – 23 January 2026Location: Schools and vacation care venues across Victoria Are you a qualified teacher or studying education and looking for a rewarding, hands on job during the summer school holidays ? Join the Supreme Incursions team—where fun, energy, and learning come together to make every day a highlight for both children and educators. We’re a team of qualified teachers delivering hands on programs across Victoria. From racing Billy Carts and dancing at Silent Discos, to Spy Kid missions and Shelter Building challenges, all our incursions are designed to spark curiosity, build teamwork, and turn ordinary holidays into rewarding memories. We’re growing and looking for passionate new team members who are keen to become a regular part of our crew We particularly encourage applications from those who are eager for consistent opportunities to work with us across future school holidays in 2026. Curious about our incursions? Check them out here: About the Role We’re looking for enthusiastic, passionate educators to deliver our interactive, hands on incursions to primary-aged children across Victoria. Our holiday programs focus on fun, teamwork, problem solving and active learning , offering children engaging learning opportunities, and our staff unique teaching opportunities that you wouldn't typically see in a traditional classroom role. Training takes place before the holidays, so you’ll be all set to start in the new year. This is a fantastic opportunity for: Qualified teachers who want to reconnect with the fun, hands‑on side of teaching — the kind of creative, engaging learning experiences that remind you why you became a teacher in the first place. Education students keen to gain real‑world experience across a variety of school settings, build confidence in working with children, and develop practical classroom and behaviour management skills. What You’ll Do – A Typical Day As a Holiday Incursion Facilitator, you’ll deliver our fun, hands on programs designed to engage and inspire children during their school holidays. Our programs are the highlight of their holidays Each day brings plenty of variety — you’ll visit 1–3 venues per day , running 60‑minute sessions filled with excitement, energy, and interactive learning. Your day typically starts around 8:45 AM and finishes by 3:30 PM , depending on whether you’re scheduled for one, two, or three sessions. This allows time for setup, pack‑down, and travel between venues. While we can’t always guarantee that sessions will be local to your home, venues scheduled on the same day are grouped close together to make travel efficient and manageable . All your bookings and locations are confirmed one week in advance, so you’ll always know what to expect. A typical three‑session day might look like this (timings are a guide and may vary slightly depending on locations and bookings): 8:45 AM – Arrive at first school and set up 9:30 AM – First session (60 minutes) 10:30 AM – Pack up and drive to next venue 11:15 AM – Arrive and set up at second venue 12:00 PM – Second session (60 minutes) 1:00 PM – Pack up, have lunch, and drive to last venue 2:30 PM – Final session (60 minutes) 3:30 PM – Pack down and finish for the day Some days may include only one or two sessions, but this outline provides a good indication of how a standard day typically runs during the holidays. You’ll use one of our Supreme Incursions work vans to transport program equipment to and from venues or, if you’re required to use your own car, travel will be reimbursed at the current ATO rate . What We Are Looking For All applicants must meet the following essential criteria: Be available for most of or all of 5 January – 23 January 2026 , and ideally have consistent availability across each school holiday period.
