Benefits on offer include: $88,000 to $94,000 plus Super $15,900 salary packaging Company Fleet Cars available Professional Development Opportunities to further develop your career Options to work 4 days or 5 days a week Caseloads are across the Sutherland Shire, Sydney Metro, and surrounding areas. Qualifications and experience required: Proven experience working within the NDIS sector as a Behaviour Support Practitioner Hold Core or Proficient level or above Tertiary qualification in Psychology or a related field. Demonstrated expertise in conducting evidenced based psychological assessment and therapeutic interventions in a community health and/or disability setting and in particular with people with challenging behaviours Sound knowledge of the NDIS and the Quality & Safeguarding Commission. A passion for working with clients, colleagues, families and others to find innovative and practical solutions that allow clients to realise their human potential.
