Full-Time Cleaner – Multi-Site Commercial Role About the Role We’re seeking a reliable, self-motivated Cleaner to take ownership of cleaning, maintenance, and general upkeep across multiple commercial and body corporate sites. This is an independent, full-time role where you’ll travel between sites, ensuring each location is clean, well-presented, and maintained to a high standard. While your regular hours will be Monday to Friday, there may be occasions where weekend or after-hours work is required to attend to emergency maintenance needs. Key Responsibilities Perform a variety of cleaning duties across commercial common areas, amenities, and facilities Carry out basic maintenance and repairs, including painting, patching, and replacing fixtures Conduct landscaping and garden maintenance, such as mowing, trimming, and general outdoor care Liaise with body corporates, site managers, and contractors to coordinate maintenance tasks Complete regular site inspections and report any issues or hazards Manage and maintain cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment Adhere to all safety, environmental, and quality standards About You Previous experience in commercial cleaning, property maintenance, or handyman work is recommended but not essential Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Confident working independently across multiple locations Good communication and time management skills Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (essential) Weekend and after-hours availability may be required occasionally for emergency works Positive attitude and professional presentation What We Offer Opportunity for a company vehicle (or vehicle allowance if using your own) Secure full-time employment with variety and autonomy Work independently with ongoing support from a friendly, responsive company Opportunities for training and skill development Pride in maintaining clean, safe, and professional commercial environments How to Apply If you’re dependable, hardworking, and take pride in maintaining well-presented commercial properties, we’d love to hear from youApply now through SEEK with your resume and a short cover letter outlining your experience and availability. #J-18808-Ljbffr
