You will be an important part of the daily operations, helping create a calm, organised and supportive environment. Job description We are seeking a receptionist who can deliver high quality front desk support across Applecross and Thornlie. You will manage patient enquiries, appointments and administrative tasks that keep the clinic running smoothly. Key responsibilities Greet and check in patients with professionalism and empathy Manage appointments, confirmations and schedule changes to support clinic flow Answer phone calls and emails and provide clear, accurate information Process payments and assist with billing and insurance administration Work closely with physiotherapists and other staff to support daily operations Assist patients with forms, paperwork and general enquiries Hours Monday 11am to 7pm Tuesday 7am to 1pm Thursday 9:30am to 2:30pm Hours may increase from February 2026 How to apply Please send your CV and cover letter to #J-18808-Ljbffr
