The Benefits Competitive package including fully maintained company vehicle Career development within the global Bridgestone business 5 days extra leave every year after 2 years of employment An extra 5 days leave as a one off at each 5 year employment milestone Health checks / free flu shots Product discounts on Bridgestone Tyres Additional benefits & staff discounts The Opportunity Partner with customers to ensure their business runs to peak efficiency with minimal downtime & optimal equipment performance Directly engage with customers' site operational staff to build relationships & resolve issues to create outstanding customer value Develop processes that are reliable, consistent & efficient to enable your team to perform at their peak Utilise data such as lead & lag indicators to help drive branch performance and add value to our customers Develop forecasts in collaboration with Head Office Oversee the planning & control of production, repair & logistical operations Work with other Branch & Regional Managers to optimise outcomes for BMSA and our customers Be accountable for HSEQ, expense budgets, inventory targets & management of staff About You - Essential Strong commitment to safety of yourself & others Excellent communication skills both internal & external Demonstrated ability in managing a profit/cost centre & developing forecasts Success in customer facing B2B relationship management A history of delivering success through inspiring team management Proven history of managing administration, service & sales teams Must have current work rights in Australia Valid driving licence About You - Preferred Exposure to mining, agriculture or heavy manufacturing Join our local team within a global leader and access product discounts, extra leave and career opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
