We are a not-for-profit association that provides a rewards and benefits program for individuals, clubs, employers, and others. With members nationwide, we offer discounts and savings on dining, travel, insurance, financial services, accommodation, and even have Club Rooms. Role Description This is a part‑time on‑site role in CANNINGTON for a customer service officer. This position is responsible for customer service, acquisition, general support, sales assistance and providing accommodation services to our customers. This position will work closely with our admin team to promote the rewards program, update website offers, assist customers and look for opportunities to grow and support the members & customers of the organisation. We are also looking for a person with Travel Agent experience, so if you have this, its an added bonus Hours are 10am to 3pm. (Starting at 3 days a week but will grow to 4 or 5 days depending on candidate needs, performance and skills). This position will suit a mature minded person who wants to work in a caring, fun and supportive environment.
