About the Role We are seeking a reliable and motivated Workshop Technician to join our friendly Ingleburn team (full-time). In this hands‑on role, you’ll assemble, repair, and maintain assistive technology equipment, ensuring it meets our high‑quality and safety standards. What Your Day Will Look Like Assemble, repair, and customise mobility and assistive equipment for client trials and demos Liaise with the sales team to ensure demo equipment is ready, safe, and functioning perfectly Load, unload, sanitise, charge, and maintain returned equipment Set up new demo equipment and update stock and inventory records Keep demo areas, equipment, and accessories clean, organised, and in top condition Follow WHS policies and maintain a safe workshop environment Work closely with colleagues across departments to provide seamless client support What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a mechanical, workshop, or technical repair role Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and collaboratively Basic computer literacy Current driver’s licence Why You’ll Love Working Here Hands‑on work that directly improves people’s lives Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities to grow your skills and take ownership of your work If you’re practical, reliable, and enjoy hands‑on technical work, apply now and help us deliver equipment that empowers lives every day #J-18808-Ljbffr
