Job Description Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Oversee month‑end and year‑end closing processes, ensuring timely submissions. Analyse financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline and improve reporting processes. Maintain and update accounting policies and procedures. Support audits by providing necessary documentation and addressing queries. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory guidelines. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts as required. The Successful Applicant A Successful Financial Reporting Lead Should Have A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CA or CPA qualification, with strong technical knowledge from a Big 4 or Mid‑Tier firm. Experience working with complex technical accounting areas. Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory frameworks. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in financial systems and tools. Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities. Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
