Job Description We’re seeking a Senior Manager, Communications and Brand to lead the development and delivery of a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with Keypath’s vision. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive employee engagement, influence stakeholders, and champion cross‑functional initiatives that support business growth. With strategic oversight of the Keypath brand, you’ll balance 80 % internal communications and 20 % external communications to strengthen our reputation as an employer of choice. Reporting to the Executive Director of People & Culture, you’ll work closely with the CEO, executive team, and functional leaders to ensure clear, consistent, and engaging messaging across all channels. Success means fostering transparency, boosting engagement, and elevating Keypath’s visibility as a top employer. Responsibilities Develop and own a long‑term communications strategy aligned with business objectives and employee engagement goals. Partner with executives and cross‑functional teams to deliver inclusive communications and support major change initiatives. Ensure communication platforms are accessible and optimised, collaborating with IT and DEI groups to uplift standards. Internal Communications & Channel Execution Manage internal channels and create engaging content for intranet, newsletters, and all‑staff events. Coordinate quarterly huddles, monthly manager meetings, and company celebrations. Ensure consistent, inspiring messaging that connects employees across all platforms. External Communications & Employer Brand Oversee website, LinkedIn, and Glassdoor to showcase Keypath as an employer of choice. Share culture stories and achievements to attract top talent and respond to media inquiries. Support executive team with external communications for events and partnerships. Measurement, Insights & Outcomes Track and report communication effectiveness across channels and engagement metrics. Drive improvements in employee sentiment and eNPS through strategic communication. Grow employer brand presence via LinkedIn engagement and visibility. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Arts, or similar. Experience 5 + years in a similar role supporting growth or cultural transformation with corporate communications. Demonstrated experience in leading cross‑functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders at a regional level. Proven ability to design and deliver internal communications strategies with measurable impact on organisational outcomes. Experience implementing or managing internal communications channels. Proven ability to build trusted relationships at all levels across the organisation.
