You’ll play a key role inaccounts payable andcash management , ensuring all transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.Your responsibilities will include processing invoices and reconciliations, managing payments and supplier relationships, and supporting purchase order and credit card compliance. You’ll also assist with bank and cash management activities, ensuring daily financial operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities Process Accounts Payable invoices and ensure timely payments Accurately record entries in the accounting system Collaborate with Department and Farm Managers to maintain financial accuracy Manage monthly corporate credit cards in Workday Prepare and maintain monthly creditor reconciliations Provide general finance support as required About You Certificate III in Accounts Administration (minimum) At least 2 years’ experience in a similar accounts payable role Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word Excellent communication and time management skills Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines Flexible, proactive, and able to manage shifting priorities Experience in agribusiness or manufacturing Familiarity with Workday software Exposure to large corporate environments What’s on Offer Competitive salary$70–80k , depending on experience Supportive, high-performing finance team Opportunity to contribute to a respected, values-driven organisation The successful candidate will be required to complete acriminal record check andpre-employment medical assessment .
