With 5 restaurants, 4 bars, 88 hotel rooms, 16 suites, 78 villa units, conference and banquet facilities, casino gaming operations, and our new entertainment venue, The Range, we guarantee there is something for everyone What you can expect in a day in this role: As a Night Manager, your main responsibility will be overseeing overnight operations and audit processes, while also providing administrative support to the daily operations team. You'll play a key role in ensuring the hotel runs smoothly during overnight hours and upholding high standards of service. Including but not limited to: Complete routine records and reports relating to trading and revenue Accurately roll the 'end of day' process & handle cash/daily balance General reception duties including the check-in and check-out of guests, reservations, guest services and phone enquiries Monitor the accuracy of financial transactions and records, ensure compliance with business procedures, and identify and resolve discrepancies or escape to management as appropriate. Monitor daily upgrades and VIP services requirements What you will bring to the role: With the ability to work autonomously and strong initiative, we are looking for: Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills Experience with hotel reservations software RMS preferred but not essential Previous experience in a front office role or customer service is preferred Ability to multitask and work well under pressure A flexible approach to working hours over a 7-day roster, including weekends, public holidays and evening shifts An appointee to this role may be subject to pre-employment and ongoing screening checks.
