Roles and Responsibilities Bottom‑line responsibility of Infosys delivery Conducting various Governance Drive / participate / coordinate key meetings with stakeholders Provide additional leadership support and technical direction for Operations Engineers. Azure DevOps. Management of resources deployed in Azure and Google Cloud Platform environments. Resource provisioning, monitoring, scaling, and optimization, integration of GCVE and cloud resources for hybrid deployments. Cost optimization strategies and monitoring for cloud‑based resources. Implementation and management of disaster recovery solutions in the cloud. Day‑to‑day operational support of production and non‑production environments across all in‑scope services. Provisioning, management, and optimization of virtualized infrastructure using VMware technologies, leveraging the Google Cloud VMware Engine (GCVE). Capacity management to ensure resource availability and performance optimization. Virtual machine provisioning, cloning, and lifecycle management. Creation and management of server SoE’s in accordance with information security policies – currently manage an approximate 80% Windows and 20% Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, Solaris) environment. Management of remote desktop solutions for non‑production environments and remote access use cases.
