HASS Teacher – Part-side (0.65 FTE) Commencement date: 28 January 2026 Responsibilities have relevant teaching qualifications and experience, be approachable, and relate well with students, parents and fellow staff members. have a thorough knowledge of the Western Australian Curriculum and experience in implementing the curriculum. have experience working within a Google Chrome environment. Essential Knowledge and Experience an active Christian Faith. exemplary teaching practice, with qualifications and experience in teaching this subject. comprehensive knowledge of current educational needs and achievement standards. an understanding of technology and the ability to confidently integrate it into your teaching. the ability to create a well-structured, respectful, and safe learning environment where students can thrive. the ability to adjust teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs, abilities, and personalities. excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including team building and mentoring skills. commitment to go the extra mile to ensure that your students are always well-provided for. have an understanding of technology, and are able to confidently use this in your teaching. Personal Qualities You are passionate about living out your Christian faith, and you are prepared to model, uphold, and support the Ethos of the College and its Core Values. You are deeply relational, friendly and open. An outstanding teacher in your subject area. Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, that can be used effectively with staff, students and parents. Plans lessons effectively, manages time well, and prepares learning materials efficiently. Qualifications Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience related to the teaching responsibility required by the position. Current Western Australia Australian Teachers Registration Board Certificate of Registration (TRBWA). Current Working With Children Card. Current Police Clearance (issued in the last 3 months) Additional Requirements The successful applicant will be expected to complete the National Principals’ Child Safe Modules if they have not already done so.
