Previous experience in a similar large‑scale bistro venue is essential. As a Senior Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in leading the team, managing stock and ensuring seamless service during our peak periods. We are looking for a trade‑qualified leader with a strong work ethic and full availability across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays. Your cooking credentials and food safety certifications are up‑to‑date. You’re a natural‑born leader who commands respect with your skills and cool‑headed approach.
