Programmed Skilled Workforce – Mulgrave VIC About the Role Our client in Mulgrave, is a well-established national supplier of restaurant and industrial equipment, they are looking for multiple hands‑on Warehouse Storepeople. This is a hands‑on, active role where your reliability, teamwork, and pride in your work truly make a difference. It’s perfect for someone who enjoys warehouse operations, handling large or industrial goods, and being part of a close‑knit, supportive team. You’ll be handling a variety of items, from industrial kitchen equipment, commercial appliances, and whitegoods to crates, boxed goods, and general warehouse stock, making it ideal for candidates with experience in warehousing, distribution, industrial supply, or appliance handling. Shift Timings & Salary Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 4:30pm Pay: $35 per hour, with a scheduled increase after 6 months What You’ll Be Doing This role is roughly 75% general warehousing storeperson dispatch duties and 25% forklift operation. Your day‑to‑day will include: Stock replenishment and container unloading Receipting in goods and processing system transactions Assisting with stocktakes and resolving discrepancies Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders and spare parts Using computers to create connotes, manifests, purchase orders Booking in freight and organising the transport pick‑up slips for shipment Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and efficient Capable of operating and entering a MHE Mobile Vertical Manlift – you will be trained on this Loading and unloading trucks with large or awkward industrial products and appliances Supporting showroom stock movements when needed What We’re Looking For Ideal candidates may have experience in: Distribution of industrial appliances, commercial kitchens, whitegoods, or large goods distribution You’ll also need: A valid LF forklift license, comfortable with oversized or awkward loads Valid Victorian (or Australian Equivalent) License Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic Confidence with warehouse systems and using computers Comfortable with picking orders from heights Ability to thrive in a supportive team and assist in multiple areas Excellent communication skills and dependability What We Offer Stable, ongoing full‑time employment Supportive management and a friendly, team‑oriented culture Structured onboarding and ongoing training Opportunity to work with premium industrial and commercial products Fortnightly pay cycle Scheduled increases Social perks including work lunches, BBQs, and team outings A clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment Additional Requirements Proof of right to work in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate, or Visa) Successful completion of pre‑employment medical and drug & alcohol screening Willingness to undergo a Federal Police Check if required How to Apply Click the "Apply Now" button or email your resume directly to: ***************@Programmed.com.au #J-18808-Ljbffr
