About the Role As a Kindergarten Teacher with KDFC, you’ll design and deliver inclusive, high-quality early childhood programs inspired by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline (QKLG) . You’ll be part of a supportive team that values teamwork, trust, and continuous improvement — where your ideas and passion are genuinely encouraged. Key responsibilities include: Planning and implementing an engaging, inclusive educational program. Documenting children’s learning journeys using our digital platform (OWNA). Nurturing trusting relationships with children, families, and the community. Mentoring and collaborating with fellow educators to achieve excellence. Upholding the philosophy, values, and vision of KDFC in daily practice. What You’ll Bring Approved Early Childhood Teacher qualification (or actively working towards). Current First Aid (HLTAID012) , CPR , and Blue Card (Working with Children). Knowledge of the Early Childhood Education and Care National Quality Framework and Queensland Kindergarten Guidelines . A deep commitment to child safety, inclusion, and professional learning. A caring, trustworthy, and collaborative approach that aligns with KDFC’s values.
