Senior Contracts Administrator Leading Commercial Tier 2 Builder seeks an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator for a large-scale residential project located in Inner‑Eastern Melbourne. This established organisation has been operating for over 30 years, delivering projects valued up to $120M. Responsibilities Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules Progress claim assistance and external variations Review, negotiation and finalisation of subcontracts Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims Administration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultants Administration of the project HSE system Direct management of a CA and two Cadets Qualifications Minimum 8 years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator for a head contractor in Australia Experience procuring structural packages required CHEOPS software experience highly regarded Strong understanding of construction legislation and contract law Knowledge of the VIC construction market and subcontractors Strong attention to detail and proven communication skills For any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D B and our clients, please contact Denise Kostoulias on or click apply.
