Subway Hillbank – Store Manager We are looking for someone who is fully responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the store. You will report to the Area Manager on a regular basis and work closely with them to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently. About The Role As a Store Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the store upholds our high standards, which lead to a great guest experience every time. You will be dedicated to seeing the store succeed and ensure both our guests and your team are met with a positive experience. Duties Provide exceptional customer service and efficiently manage day‑to‑day tasks of the store Provide a great training experience for onboarding team members Monitor stock levels and product wastage Manage deliveries Ensure health‑and‑safety standards are upheld in the store Rostering Develop plans to drive sales and improve customer experience Skills And Experience Previous leadership experience in retail or hospitality Ability to quickly learn new skills and adapt to change Great communication skills Ability to lead a team environment Organisational skills and the ability to efficiently manage tasks What’s great about working at Subway We care about you We want the best for our team and our management team will ensure that our Sandwich Artists feel comfortable with their employment.
