Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Lead - Business Analysis to work on major client projects in Australia. Role Description: As an Associate Lead - Business Analysis, you will be responsible for bridging business needs and technical solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams. You will ensure technical excellence by developing business requirements, designing processes, and supporting project delivery with minimal disruption to the business. Detailed Job Description: Requirement elicitation and stakeholder management Apply Domain-driven design (DDD) principles and approach Conduct event storming and apply big picture methodology for microservices Develop ubiquitous language, bounded context, and context maps Utilize Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) and modelling techniques Leverage domain knowledge in Banking, Insurance, and Telecom with hands-on experience Collaborate using Agile methodologies and tools (Confluence, JIRA, TFS, MS DevOps) Perform manual, automation, and UAT testing Strong experience in the auction business model with retail and financial products/services Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud and knowledge of MS Dynamics Mentor end users on application functionalities Expertise in program and project management Hands-on experience in UX design Solid knowledge of DBMS and SQL queries Design and implement enterprise systems using DDD, FDD, and SOA Capture requirements and prepare BRD, FRS, use case diagrams, and process flows Requirement elicitation for web, desktop, and mobile (Android/iOS) applications Identify and manage project risks and impacts Knowledge of Dual-track Agile Helix and P3 framework for product engineering Deliver business solution design documentation and ensure design principle traceability Collaborate with product teams to prioritize and shape product backlogs Conduct UAT with cross-functional teams Provide subject matter expertise and incremental value delivery Analyze data and visualize business-relevant conclusions Develop UI designs for web, mobile, and desktop applications Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working with developers Generate and maintain process documentation Excellent written and verbal communication skills What You Can Expect: Opportunities for skill development and career growth Meaningful work with a significant impact Collaborative and innovative work environment Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and methodologies Value Proposition: Learning opportunities and investment in personal development Work with experienced and supportive colleagues Salary: $100K and above Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Analyst and Business Development Industries Software Development and IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
