Junior Growth Strategist (Creative & Performance) Salary : 55,000 - 65,000K + Super (Based on Experience) Location: Hybrid (Chadstone, VIC based. As a Junior Growth Strategist , you’ll be client-facing from day one; shaping strategy, influencing creative direction, and turning smart ideas into real results. You’ll work closely with senior strategists, media buyers, and creatives, learning fast and taking on real ownership over client outcomes. What you’ll be doing Manage a portfolio of 5-10 clients. Be the main point of contact for your clients and run regular strategy calls. Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and be genuinely invested in their success. Make and support strategic recommendations, with guidance from senior strategists and the entire team. Brief and coordinate work with media buyers and the creative team. Review campaign performance and help identify opportunities to get more quality leads. Manage timelines, tasks, and follow-ups to keep accounts running smoothly. Support big-picture thinking across ads, creative, messaging, and funnels. Gradually take on more responsibility for leading strategy and client outcomes. Trend Spotter – You can identify trends in ads & organic socials (and know why they work). Meta & Google Ads knowledge – solid understanding of how Facebook, Instagram & Google ads work. Must-Haves We hire for thinking, not credentials and degrees. Show us you have a brain wired for creative strategy and building relationships, and you’re in. Solid understanding of how Meta & Google Ads platforms work Strong written and verbal communication skills A growth mindset and eagerness to learn Confidence collaborating with both clients and internal teams Deal Breakers You’re uncomfortable being client-facing and calling clients daily. You can’t make the daily 10:15am (Melbourne, Australia time) team huddle. You prefer to work alone and get overwhelmed by too many meetings. You prefer to be told exactly what to do rather than thinking strategically.
