Stevens Glass, a family-owned business operation for over 50 years. Manufacturing and installing glass products into the commercial and residential building industries. We are currently seeking glass process workers to join our Dandenong South production team. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in glass handling techniques, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for producing high quality products. Responsibilities Manual handling and processing of glass products. Cutting and breaking out float glass. Cutting laminated glass on automatic cutter. Organising and placement of glass products onto trolleys and racks. Operate and maintain glass handling equipment and machinery. Ensure precision and accuracy in all manufactured products, adhering to quality standards. Perform quality checks on finished products to identify any defects or imperfections. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications Previous experience in a glass processing business. Is experienced in manual handling glass products up to 25 kilo. Understanding of computer based systems. Ability to operate machinery and tools safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Effective communication skills and the ability to work together within a team.
