The Opportunity We’ve just taken delivery of a brand-new, top-spec hook bin truck and we need a high‑calibre, self‑motivated driver to take full ownership of it. You’ll run your own day, prioritise deliveries and pick‑ups across our civil sites (Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Cessnock & Central Coast), work with minimal supervision, and play a key part in keeping our projects moving. When the truck is quiet, you’ll jump in and work with the site crews – we need a genuine all‑rounder who’s a team player, adaptable and keen to support the site crews and be part of the team. Brand new, late‑model hook lift truck assigned to you Monday – Friday + regular paid overtime & occasional Saturday work EBA with full penalty rates Weekly pay You’re the type of driver who: Loves taking pride & ownership in your truck and your work Is energetic, proactive and a genuine self‑starter Can prioritise jobs as they come in from different site supervisors Works fast, safe and efficiently without needing constant direction Has a strong focus on safety and customer service Always keeps the truck clean and tidy Current HR license minimum (HC strongly preferred) Extensive recent hook bin / hook lift experience on civil construction sites Solid understanding of Mass Management and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) White Card Able to pass a full Pre‑Employment Commercial Drivers Medical (including D&A) Excellent knowledge of Newcastle, Lake Macquarie & Central Coast areas Highly Regarded: BFM (Basic Fatigue Management) accreditation Experience with runoff sheets / mass paperwork Previous experience managing your own runs / prioritising work What We Offer: Drive a brand‑new truck (kept clean and maintained – we look after our gear) High earning potential with plenty of overtime Real job security with an expanding civil construction company Great crew culture – we look after our people Full uniform & PPE supplied If you’re one of the best hook bin drivers in the region, want the newest truck on the road with good pay and overtime – please apply today. #J-18808-Ljbffr
