Senior Executive TA at Coforge (ANZ Region) | Talent Acquisition | Ex Optum, UHG Job Title: Business Analyst – Manhattan WMS & SCN Location: Melbourne Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 6+ Years About the Role We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with deep expertise in Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Supply Chain Network (SCN) solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, analyze processes, and ensure successful implementation and optimization of Manhattan solutions across warehouse and supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and document business requirements for WMS and SCN solutions. Analyze current warehouse and supply chain processes; identify gaps and improvement opportunities. Configure and validate Manhattan WMS functionalities including receiving, inventory, picking, and shipping. Support SCN modules for transportation planning, order orchestration, and network optimization. Develop functional specifications, process flows, and integration requirements. Coordinate with technical teams for system design, testing, and deployment. Conduct UAT, training, and change management for end-users. Ensure compliance with governance, security, and operational standards. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years as Business Analyst in Manhattan WMS and SCN implementations. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and ERP/WMS integrations. Hands‑on experience with Manhattan Active WMS or earlier versions. Familiarity with API‑based integrations, data mapping, and reporting tools. Excellent stakeholder engagement, documentation, and communication skills. Knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks (Jira, Confluence) preferred. Preferred Qualifications Certification in Manhattan WMS or SCN modules. Experience in large-scale supply chain transformation projects. Exposure to cloud‑based WMS solutions and microservices architecture. Why Join Us?
