Account Manager - APAC at CareCone Australia Duration: Permanent Location : Melbourne Job Description: We are looking for a Test Automation Lead with deep, hands‑on Selenium expertise to drive our UI automation strategy. This role requires strong coding skills and mandatory lead experience . If Selenium is your core strength and you enjoy leading teams while building robust frameworks, we want to connect What You’ll Do Lead and own all Selenium automation initiatives across projects. Architect, design, and enhance Selenium-based automation frameworks (POM, Hybrid, Data-Driven, BDD). Create and maintain UI test suites focused on regression, smoke, and end‑to‑end flows . Ensure high test coverage for all critical UI components. Mentor automation engineers on Selenium best practices, coding standards, and debugging . Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure UI stability and test reliability. What You Bring Mandatory: 2–3+ years of proven lead experience in QA automation. 5–8+ years of overall test automation experience. Strong hands‑on coding skills in Java / Python / C# focused on Selenium automation. Solid experience with frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber/BDD (optional) . Experience integrating Selenium tests with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions). Solid understanding of Git, Agile/Scrum, debugging, and root‑cause analysis. #J-18808-Ljbffr
