Mentor and support the centre to meet/exceed the National Quality Standards Responsible for inspiring and mentoring your team and fostering a positive and professional workplace culture About you A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA‑approved equivalent qualification Strong experience in a Centre Manager role A current Working with Children’s Check Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards Why work for Affinity?
