About the role Mobile/community-based NDIS work Mix of NDIS adults and some paediatric participants Opportunities for clinic-based appointments, telehealth, and work-from-home for admin/report writing Logan-based clinic with weekly team connection on Mondays Broad caseload with the potential to tailor to your goals Full-time, Monday–Friday You will manage your own caseload and schedule, with support when you need it. In the first week, you will complete orientation, shadow experienced clinicians, be introduced to our systems, and meet your clients, with regular check-ins to support your transition. Over weeks two to four, you will gradually build your caseload while receiving ongoing supervision and support. At the end of your first month, we hold a formal check-in to review how you are settling in and to ensure you have the guidance you need. No one is thrown in the deep end at BeActive, we take care to make sure you feel confident and supported from day one, so you can do OT your way.
