PAPER BAG MACHINE OPERATOR / FLEXOGRAPHIC PRINTER Superior Paper is seeking a skilled and motivated Flexographic Printer / Paper Bag Machine Operator to join our Sydney production facility. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operator or someone keen to develop their skills in the printing trade. Immediate start available for the right candidate. About the Role You will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing machinery to produce high-quality printed materials. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This is a versatile, hands‑on position that offers the opportunity to work across different machines and production areas. You’ll gain exposure to various stages of the printing and bag‑making process, helping you build a strong foundation in the trade. Full training will be provided to the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Operate our paper bag/flexographic printing machines safely and efficiently Assist with material handling and machine setup Monitor print quality and ensure production standards are met Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all workplace health and safety procedures Skills & Attributes Enthusiastic, punctual, and reliable Strong teamwork and communication skills Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn Previous experience in the printing or manufacturing industry (advantageous but not essential) Ability to work a minimum of 38 hours per week Career development opportunities – we are open to considering a 3–4 year apprenticeship or a motivated trainee eager to learn the trade #J-18808-Ljbffr
