The gig Reporting to the Club General Manager, you will deliver preventative and reactive maintenance schedules safely, on time and within budget. You will be the go‑to handyperson for all club facilities. Responsibilities Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule for building systems, fixtures, fittings and grounds. Oversee minor repairs and reactive maintenance, tracking all work and managing the maintenance budget. Coordinate with contractors, ensuring service level agreements are met and work is completed safely. Maintain electrical compliance, including emergency lighting discharge and PAT testing. Report maintenance updates, capex projections and safety status. Perform opening and closing procedures and serve as first aid officer when required. Advise on carbon‑footprint reduction and utility optimisation. Collaborate with department heads to improve building services. All about you 2+ years of facility maintenance experience, including HVAC. Relevant trade qualification (electrical, air‑con & refrigeration) and first aid. Ability to obtain a Pool Operators certificate if required. Strong knowledge of building services, regulations and energy efficiency. Comfortable managing budgets and exceeding performance targets.
