As we prepare to open our doors, we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Certificate III and Diploma qualified educators to join our team. Responsibilities Create a warm, welcoming, and secure environment for children Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities Observe and monitor children's growth, behavior, and development Collaborate with colleagues to plan and evaluate curriculum Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies Maintain accurate documentation and records Requirements Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain) Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Positive attitude and genuine passion for working with children What we offer ECEC Wage Retention Grant An opportunity to be part of a purpose built Centre A supportive and collaborative work environment Ongoing professional development and training opportunities Referral Bonus Scheme Longevity Pay Above Award Wage Scheme Paid Overtime If you are a dedicated and caring individual with a genuine love for early childhood education, we would love to hear from you Join us on this exciting journey of providing quality care and education to the children of Cessnock.
