Graduate Social Impact Analyst role supporting evaluation of Council Plan themes with hybrid work and career development opportunities. Your Role Key responsibilities include: Supporting evaluation of Council Plan themes and strategic objectives across Business Enablement and Community Wellbeing and Partnerships teams. Measuring impact of health and wellbeing priorities such as mental wellbeing, active living, injury prevention, climate change adaptation, and access to healthy food. Preparing reports and dashboards to communicate the impact of Council initiatives on community wellbeing and strategic goals. Analysing workflows to create data process maps and identify areas for process automation or improvements. Collaborating with staff across Manningham to determine and validate strategic impact evaluation criteria. Providing administrative support across Business Enablement and Community Wellbeing and Partnerships as required. About You The company is looking for: Atertiary degree in Social Impact, Data Analytics or Data Science within the last 2 years. Curious and analytical, with an interest in understanding how Council services impact people’s lives. Passion for community wellbeing, public policy, and data-driven decision-making. Clear communication skills to present findings accessibly to diverse audiences. Proficiency in creating dashboards using Power BI and Excel, with ability to interpret data and translate it into meaningful insights for strategic planning. Compensation & Benefits Annual salary of $81,962 plus superannuation. Fixed-term full-time position for 24 months. Hybrid working arrangements available. Free onsite parking at Doncaster location.
