Join a fast-growing food manufacturer located near Brisbane Airport, proudly supplying products to some of Australia's most recognised fast-food brands. This established facility is expanding and gearing up for the opening of a brand-new, state-of-the-art factory in 2026, creating an exciting opportunity for reliable and motivated Process Workers to join the team. In this role, you'll be responsible for carrying out general food processing and packaging tasks within a cool-room production environment. It's a hands-on, fast-paced position that involves repetitive tasks, teamwork, and a focus on maintaining high-quality standards. You'll enjoy a weekly roster, consistent hours, weekly pay, and genuine opportunities for career progression within a supportive team environment. Shifts Available Morning Shift : 4 : 00am - 12 : 00pm or 6 : 00am - 2 : 30pm Afternoon Shift : 2 : 00pm - 10 : 00pm Night Shift : 10 : 00pm - 6 : 00am You must be available Monday to Friday , with occasional weekend work as required. Key Responsibilities Perform general processing and packaging duties in a food manufacturing environment. Work efficiently on a production line to meet output targets. Conduct quality checks and maintain hygiene standards. Handle and pack raw food materials. Follow all GMP and food safety procedures. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Work collaboratively with team members and support overall production flow.
