Part-Time Early Learning Centre (ELC) Educator - commencing in Term 1, 2026 Lighthouse Christian College – Keysborough VIC Lighthouse Christian College - Keysborough is seeking a passionate and experienced Part-Time Early Learning Centre (ELC) Educator for 20hrs per week to join our dedicated team in Keysborough, VIC. This part-time position is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of young children in a nurturing, faith-based environment. What you'll be doing Implementing engaging, age‑appropriate educational programs and activities that support children's learning and development Providing a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children to explore, play, and learn Fostering positive relationships with children, parents, and the wider school community Observing and documenting children's progress, and collaborating with the team to identify and address individual needs Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies Participating in professional development opportunities to continuously improve your skills and knowledge What we're looking for Relevant early childhood education qualification, such as a Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care Demonstrated experience working in an early learning centre or similar educational setting Strong understanding of child development and the ability to create engaging, play‑based learning experiences Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues A commitment to upholding the values, mission and ethos of Lighthouse Christian College A valid Working with Children Check and the ability to obtain a National Police Check What we offer At Lighthouse Christian College, we are dedicated to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
